  • The overall aim of this course is to prepare participants for the project management professional (PMP) certification through discussing the exam requirements and analyzing the questions format. 

Target audience

  • Project managers, members of project office, project sponsors, functional managers, senior management and individuals interested in PMP certification.

  • Become familiar with PMBOK guide terms , definitions and processes 
  • Review the PMP exam requirements and application process 
  • Master test taking techniques , learn style and types of questions
  • Identify the integration of various processes and project management activities

Certification info

  • The Project Management Professional (PMP)® is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. 
  • The certification exam has 200 multiple-choice questions, and you have four hours to complete it. 
  • To maintain your PMP, you must earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) every three years.

Qualification required

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent) 
  • 7,500 hours leading and directing projects 
  • 35 hours of project management education

  • 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
