The ‎ Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is the Communications Regulator in the state of Qatar established by virtue of Emiri Decree (42) in 2014. This is the Decision document, issued by ictQATAR to Vodafone Qatar, in the matter of a dispute resolution complaint against Qatar Telecom (Qtel) in accordance with article 61 of Telecom Law 34 of 2006 and Dispute Resolution Rules of 7 June 2010 on telecommunications site sharing and co-location between Qtel and Vodafone.
