The ‎ Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is the Communications Regulator in the state of Qatar established by virtue of Emiri Decree (42) in 2014. The CRA regulates the Telecommunications and Information Technology sector, postal services, access to digital media and spectrum. The CRA encourages and supports an open and competitive Information & Communications Technology (ICT) sector that provides advanced, innovative, and reliable communications services. The consultation document on this page is on the Mobile Site Sharing Instruction. This Instruction is required to be followed by the licensed telecommunications networks and Mobile Service providers for sharing mobile sites with other service providers in the State of Qatar.

The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) intends to revise the Mobile Site Sharing Instruction and issue a final version, taking into consideration all the received comments, views, and subjects that the stakeholders would like to be addressed and/or clarified in a revised Instructions
