The ‎ Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is the Communications Regulator in the state of Qatar established by virtue of Emiri Decree (42) in 2014. The CRA regulates the Telecommunications and Information Technology sector, postal services, access to digital media and spectrum. The CRA encourages and supports an open and competitive Information & Communications Technology (ICT) sector that provides advanced, innovative, and reliable communications services. As part of ictQATAR’s commitment to transparency in processes and procedures, ictQATAR released a consultation that gives the public an opportunity to express views and share experiences regarding the provision of specific Qtel corporate tariffs. ictQATAR released Qtel’s corporate tariffs for international, private line, IP, Internet and VSAT services. This document is the service tariff for corporate private line services submitted by Qatar Telecom (Qtel) to ictQATAR that outlines prices, minimum contract periods, technical terms and conditions, and terms for termination and discount rates for various products and services.
