KAHRAMAA Expanding e-Services

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” launched new online services on its website km.qa as part of its endeavor to provide high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction.

KAHRAMAA announced that new 27 e-services were added to website. Total online services for customers, companies, consultant and contractors as well as site visitors are now 45. The new electronic services include disconnection, reconnection, meter demolition, request for reading correction, and update customer from Qatari to regular and from regular to Qatari.

Services for Consultants and Contractors include registration, materials certificate request, trade license, and service connection. The new services are added to the reliable e-services including bill view and payment, service tracking, meter reading, certificates, and other business services of tenders, auctions, and awards, etc.

KAHRAMAA e-services come within the ongoing efforts KAHRAMAA exert to realize the goals and objectives of Qatar Digital Government Strategy 2020.
