Minister Heads Qatar Delegation to 15th General Assembly of OTIF

The State of Qatar has participated in the 15th General Assembly of the Intergovernmental Organization for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF), in Bern, Switzerland. The Qatari delegation was headed by Minister of Transport and Communications HE Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti.
