"Stay Tuned": New Service Launched for MMUP Staff
The HR Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) has launched a new service called "Stay Tuned" to provide administrative services to the MMUP’s staff at their workplaces without the need to visit the HR Department in person. The new service is part of MMUP’s continuous efforts to provide a suitable work environment for the Ministry’s employees and enhance the existing service provision. The Department engaged a highly qualified team to ease employees’ work and resolve any problems in respect of their transactions with the HR Department.
The launch of the new service comes within MMUP’s commitment to achieve the goals and objectives of the National Development Strategy 2011-2016 and Qatar Digital Government Strategy 2020. "Stay Tuned" complements numerous other services introduced earlier by the Department, including the “To Whom It May Concern” e- certificate, the “Inquire” service pertaining to personnel transactions, salaries and wages, leaves, self- service transactions, training and development, and travel tickets. It is an integrated service that makes all employee related services available online and can be accessed through the Ministry’s website and mobile apps.
The service will make employees rest assured that their transactions and requests are being properly taken care of through the "Stay Tuned" team who serves as a link between the employees and the HR Department, in addition to the existing services and channels provided by the Department.
