Each strategic objective has key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be monitored to track progress. Some measures are already in place, and more will be implemented along with processes for collection of data.
Strategic Objective 1: Better Serve Individuals and Business – emphasizes the customer-focus for individuals and businesses.
Strategic Objective 2: Create Efficiency in Government Administration – maximizes opportunities to make better use of public funds as well as more efficient operations.
Strategic Objective 3: Increase Government Openness – generates economic and political value by collaborating with customers on co-design.
